Application field:

LMD-V92 sootblower is applicated for blowing in boiler water wall field.

 

Working principle:

After the power supply of the soot blower is connected, the motor gear box drives the nut through the sprocket, and the screw tube meshing with the nut then makes corresponding forward movement under the limitation of guidance, pushing the nozzle to the furnace.After 300mm of travel, the cam disc will lift the valve lever, the valve opens, and the purge begins. After the nozzle rotates for a circle or several circles, the nozzle exits the furnace backward. The valve lever leaves the cam disc and the valve closes, in the end the spiral tube moves backward until the limit switch is touched.

It’s very convenient for plant side to install and maintain, no need the special suspension, and occupy less space.

According to the ash of the combustion in the boiler, our engineer will calculate and design the nozzle diameter and blowing pressure, in order to make the best of blowing efficiency.
