Application
TWC ceramic honeycomb carrier, coated with catalyst, is used in the catalytic converter of gasoline vehicle exhaust gas purification treatment, to catalytically convert and purify the harmful substances in the exhaust gas of automobiles, and meet the requirements of emission regulations.
Production process
(1) Inspection, screening and preparation of raw materials;
(2) After mixing the powder materials evenly, add additives for kneading, roughing, primary aging, refining and secondary aging and then sieving;
(3) The sieved mud is extruded into an extruder to obtain a green honeycomb ceramic carrier;
(4) The green body is subjected to microwave drying and shaping, deep drying and hot air deep drying in sequence;
(5) The dried carrier is cut and fired to obtain a cordierite honeycomb ceramic carrier;
(6) The obtained cordierite honeycomb ceramic carrier was trimmed and edged to obtain the final product.
